How do I place an order?
From any page in our web site, click on the ”Free Trial” link. This will take you to the shopping cart page. Follow the simple instructions on the Shopping Cart Page and when you are done, click "checkout" to place your order.
Why is credit card information needed for the free trial?
We do offer a free trial sample, but there is a charge of $6.95 for shipping and handling. Our shopping cart is Verisign secure and SuperFoodsRx accepts the following payment methods: Credit Cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We provide a secure SSL 128-bit encrypted order form for your shopping needs. Your card number will be transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization.
Can I purchase by phone?
Absolutely! Our customer service center is open to help you with your orders Monday through Friday, from 9-5 Pacific Standard Time. Just call (877) 283-3505.
How can I be sure my order has been received?
Once you click "submit order" on the final shopping cart page, you will be sent an "Order Confirmation E-mail" to the e-mail address that you provide on the shopping cart page.
How did I join the SuperFoodsRx Membership Program?
When you placed your Free Trial order you were informed that you were joining our Membership Program, which is an auto-ship program whereby you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of SuperFoodsRx every 30 days, and you signified your acceptance of our terms and conditions of the Free Trial.

3. Explanation of the auto-ship program which is mailed to customers with their free trial shipment.

As a member of the SuperFoodsRx Membership Program you are not obligated to continue receiving the product , and you can cancel anytime within the trial period. If you would like just to sample the trial and do not want future shipments, you must cancel your membership before your first monthly full re-supply shipment
To cancel further shipments, you can e-mail us at service@superfoodsrxonline.com or call us at (800) 748-8745 to cancel your account. However please be aware that if you send us an e-mail to request cancellation of your account, it may take up to 3 business days to process your request. We recommend customers to cancel their memberships as soon as they determine they no longer desire to be part of the program so the request is processed immediately. This will ensure that we do not ship you an order after you have requested cancellation.
Do you accept International orders ?
At this time we are unable to fulfill your request to ship products outside of the United States and Canada. We hope to add this capability in the future. Please visit our website for updated information.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How do I know that the order has been shipped?
You will be sent two e-mails after you have submitted your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
1. The first will confirm that your order has been received by us(your order confirmation number will be included). This e-mail should arrive soon after you have placed your order.
2. The second confirms that the order has been successfully processed and shipped (tracking information will be included in this message).
What do I do if there is a shipping or delivery error?
Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.
RETURN QUESTIONS
What is your return policy?
At SuperFoodsRx your satisfaction is our #1 concern.
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive with your trial order for any reason, you may return the unused product and SuperFoodsRx box or tin container within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will not bill you for the product (however, you will be charged for shipping and handling). If you have received the product during the course of the auto-ship program, you may receive a refund for unopened product only and you must return the unopened and sealed SuperFoodsRx containers of that last shipment within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will issue you a refund for that product (however, you will be charged for shipping and handling). Please note the following return terms:
You must have an RMA number from SuperFoodsRx to make a return. To obtain a RMA number please call our Customer Care Center at (800) 748-8745. You may also email us at service@superfoodsrxonline.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in your email.
We will not accept or process for refund any packages marked "Return to Sender."
- Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number. The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.
- For orders that are not part of the risk-free trial, returned product must be un-opened and sealed in order to receive refund or credit.
- A $5 processing fee may be applied to certain returns.

If you return the product without following the return procedure set forth above, and if we are able to identify you as the sender, we will cancel your membership from the auto-ship program and you will not receive further product shipments, however, you will be responsible for paying for the product that you return and SuperFoodsRx may bill you accordingly.
How long will it take to process returns?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund.
Please keep in mind that your credit card company or its bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the credit card company or its bank posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "SuperFoodsRx."
What if the product arrived damaged?
Any of our products that are damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (800) 748-8745 to request a RMA number.
Is the product guaranteed?
In addition to any manufacturer's warranty, we support the products offered through our website with our 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused product and SuperFoodsRx containers within 30 days from the date it was shipped and you will not be billed for the shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days from your initial order. We allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order.
Who will deliver my package?
All of our orders will be delivered via the USPS (confirmation is emailed upon shipping). We do not process requests for specific shipping methods.

What is the absorption rate of the supplement?
The supplements meet all disintegration standards and are designed to be most efficiently absorbed and directed to the right places.
Should I be concerned about food allergies like shellfish?
There is no shellfish in our supplements. If you are allergic to fish, you should NOT take any fish oil supplements or omega-3 fatty acids, despite their health benefits. Fish is one of 7 types of foods that account for 90% of all food-related allergic reactions; other foods include peanuts, tree nuts (e.g. walnuts, pecans), milk, soy, wheat, and eggs.
A true food allergy means that your immune system reacts to a specific protein as if it were a threat by releasing histamines and other powerful chemicals, which trigger your allergic symptoms that can range from a rash, to an asthma attack, to deadly anaphylaxis.
The question is whether you have a true allergy or food intolerance. If you are concerned about this you should review or consult a physician to be sure.
Do I have to take the supplements with meals?
The nutrients in the supplements are best absorbed with food. The bioavailability and absorption of the nutrients in the supplements are maximized when taken with food.
Do I need to be on the SuperFoodsRx diet?
No, you do not, but all the scientific data points to the fact that we need to have a diet rich in micronutrients along with the supplement to put ourselves in the best possible position for optimal health.
I am on Atkins, Zone, South Beach diets, will this supplement work for me?
The SuperFoodsRx supplement is designed to make sure we are all getting the optimum daily dose of nutrients to maximize a healthy body. Our supplement will enhance the healthfulness of any weight-loss diet, some of which are very poor at incorporating healthy whole foods.

What does Omega 3 do for you?
Omega-3 fatty acids may be important in reducing the risk of heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and cancer. They also may play a role in improving mood and memory. While cold water fish are the highest source of omega-3 fatty acids, there are other foods and oils that contain these fatty acids in smaller amounts: walnuts, flax seeds, and flax seed oil.
Is there any caffeine in the product?
The green tea leaf does have caffeine which is important for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The particular type of green tea used in the SuperFoodsRx formulation contains, on average, 6.5% caffeine. A serving size of two tablets containing 75 mg of green tea extract delivers just under 5 mg of caffeine (compare to a typical cup of drip coffee at around 100 mg).The level of caffeine is insignificant from the aspect of feeling a “caffeine” effect. We were very careful in the formula to not impart any feeling that would make one feel jittery or hyper.
